Role Description This full-time Quality Assurance Quality Control role is based in Warrington and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some flexibility to work from home. In this position, you will perform routine inspections, tests, and reviews to verify that materials, products, and processes meet established quality standards and project specifications. You will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management plans, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Daily tasks include participating in internal and external audits, identifying nonconformities, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and tracking their effective closure. You will collaborate closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams to resolve quality issues, provide guidance on best practices, and promote a culture of quality and safety across all project activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure that processes, materials, and deliverables meet defined standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support systematic oversight, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality frameworks to maintain regulatory compliance and robust operational controls.
- Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or industrial projects, with familiarity in ISO or similar quality standards, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and quality data, are required.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment, are essential.
- A degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Professional certifications in quality (e.g., CQE, CQA, or similar) and experience with quality management software tools are advantageous.
