Mission
Ensures the link between the project plans and the ground reality, from the establishment phase to the as-built plan of the job, in support of Operations and the Design Office.
Main Responsibilities
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience
Significant experience in the building and construction works topography
Ensures the link between the project plans and the ground reality, from the establishment phase to the as-built plan of the job, in support of Operations and the Design Office.
Main Responsibilities
- Establishes surveys of the physical (boundary marking, tonometric, altimetric, interior, location), legal and land characteristics (demarcation of land estates, co-ownership) of the land to be developed.
- Carries out the site visit by highlighting specific points with the help of the site layout
- Creates the topographic and layout plans of the works
- Establishes the project points on the ground on the basis of the execution plans and maintains them until the end of the job
- Provides advice based on an active monitoring of geographical, topographical, legal and regulatory developments.
- Closure of the file: carries out a survey of the works carried out and draws up the executed works document (as-built drawing/EWD)
- Possibly supervises technical surveyors, topographers, etc.
- May possibly have the responsibilities of the Head of Technical Research (mixed profile)
