Temporary Recruitment Advisor – 3-Month Assignment
Salary c. £35,000 pro rata | Immediately available |
London Bridge – Agile
We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join us for an initial three-month assignment. This role will provide hands-on support to the Recruitment Manager during a particularly busy period, helping to keep recruitment activity moving smoothly and ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a responsive, professional service.
Hyde is a leading housing organisation, providing safe, good-quality homes and services to communities across London and the South East. Our Recruitment team supports a broad range of appointments, from frontline customer service, housing and property roles through to specialist, professional and senior leadership positions. The function operates with the pace and commercial focus of an agency, managing recruitment directly without agency assistance, so you will gain exposure to a busy and varied in-house recruitment environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Advertising vacancies across the appropriate recruitment channels
- Coordinating and booking interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Preparing accurate offer forms and supporting the offer process
- Keeping recruitment trackers and Excel spreadsheets accurate and up to date
- Producing timely management information reports
- Responding to recruitment queries and providing general administrative support to the Recruitment Manager
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring recruitment activity progresses within agreed timescales
What we’re looking for
- Some previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, gained in an in-house or agency environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing documents and maintaining recruitment data
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and producing clear, accurate reports
- A professional and helpful communication style when dealing with candidates and hiring managers
- The ability to work at pace, take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
Working arrangements
This is a full time three-month temporary assignment and requires someone who is immediately available. The role follows a hybrid working pattern, with attendance at our London Bridge office two days each week.
Diversity, inclusion and accessibility

Our aim is to have a workforce that reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, ensuring that different perspectives are represented in decision-making, service delivery, and the way we shape our organisation.
As a Disability Confident Employer, we’re happy to provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and in the workplace.
