In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and execute the EMEA growth strategy and forecast in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead customer and partner engagements, including demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions that clearly communicate the value of Emerson and NI solutions for Electrical Machinery applications.
  • Drive regional market activation through prospecting activities, trade shows, user groups, demonstration events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to translate target account priorities into actionable territory plans, customer engagement strategies, and opportunity development initiatives.
  • Gather customer and market insights to improve product-market alignment and support future product and business development decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis, opportunity assessment, and prioritization activities to guide strategic growth initiatives across Electrical Machinery segments within EMEA.
  • Contribute insights that support marketing plans by understanding customer communities, industry trends, and engagement channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market activities and scalable growth programs to expand market reach and business impact.
  • Support internal sales teams by identifying and recommending partner-led solutions that align with Electrical Machinery applications and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with distributors, system integrators, and partner organizations to generate demand through campaigns, events, webinars, and multi-channel engagement programs.
  • Build awareness within target accounts, identify emerging opportunities, and develop effective engagement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand technical requirements, investment priorities, product development initiatives, and market trends, translating insights into solution positioning and growth opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience developing business, market, or commercial growth strategies within industrial technology, test and measurement, automation, electrical machinery, or related industries.
  • Ability to engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders through presentations, solution discussions, and consultative conversations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, customer trends, and business performance data.
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and business objectives.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region to support customer visits, industry events, partner engagements, and business development activities.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
  • Experience within the Test & Measurement, Industrial Automation, or Electrical Machinery industries.
  • Understanding of electrical machinery applications, market trends, and customer challenges.
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, distributors, or technology alliances.
  • Knowledge of demand generation, go-to-market strategies, and regional market development activities.
  • Experience supporting product strategy or providing market feedback to product management teams.
