Regional Manager - Sussex & Kent

Are you an experienced multi- site retail leader with a proven track record of driving performance, profitability and operational standards?We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of over 100 company-owned fuel stations run operated by 3rd parties, leading a team of Area Managers delivering outstanding customer service, commercial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of 7 Area managers across a multi-site region
• Driving sales, profitability and company KPIs
• Maintaining high standards across health & safety, compliance and security
• Ensuring excellent shop, forecourt and food service standards
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and business partners

Required Skills

• Significant experience in fuel retail, independent retail or large-scale grocery retail
• Proven success managing multiple sites and geographically dispersed teams
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of improving performance and profit
• An inspirational people leader who can engage and motivate remotely
• Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills
• High levels of self-motivation, resilience and attention to detail
• Comfortable with extensive travel including occasional overnight stays
