We're looking for an exceptional Registered Homes Manager to lead a brand-new, purpose-built Children's Home in Aycliffe, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs.

From day one, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the culture, develop a high-performing team and create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, respected and empowered to thrive.

💷 Salary: £51,928 - £56,293 (dependent on experience for external candidates) 💷 Plus £2,500 temporary recruitment and retention allowance 💷 Plus £3,500 temporary market supplement 💷 Potential earnings up to £62,293 per annum

As Registered Manager, you'll provide inspirational leadership, oversee all aspects of the home's operation, champion outstanding care and support positive outcomes for some of our most vulnerable children and young people.

We're looking for a passionate, child-centred leader with residential childcare management experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to delivering excellence.
