Registered Nurse About the Role Oakminster Healthcare is looking to recruit qualified, experienced nurses with a passion for providing person-centred care to our elderly residents. We have both full and part time hours available on both day shift or night shift. About the role Role & Key Responsibilities : • Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures • Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote person-centred care and independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents • Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life • Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation • Liaise and communicate effectively with visitors, regulators, relatives, and other stakeholders • Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance policy • Maintain accurate documentation efficiently and effectively at all times Benefits : • Excellent, competitive rates of pay (negotiable depending on experience) • Flexible contract to accommodate personal commitments • Free training and uniform • Training and development opportunities • 28 days holiday per year • Workplace pension scheme Please note: Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced PVG check.
