Job summary
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MATERNITY COVER The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, forward-facing, patient-centred individual to join our excellent nursing team at Machynlleth. We are looking for an individual who can work well as part of a multidisciplinary team, who is caring and kind and wants to develop their clinical leadership skills. You will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner with the support of the ward manager, senior nursing and therapies staff. We would particularly welcome applications from Welsh speakers; but even if you don't speak any Welsh, or want to develop your skills, don't worry: the health board will support you with training.
