The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (7-12 years) with a strong retail technology background to lead end-to-end digital transformation programmes across POS, OMS, eCommerce, CRM, Data, and Integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own programme delivery from discovery through rollout and hypercare.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance.
- Lead client-facing meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, integration, and business stakeholders.
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and multiple workstreams.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring successful programme outcomes.
Required Experience
- 7-12 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering retail, omnichannel, or digital transformation programmes.
- Consulting, technology services, or system integrator background.
- Strong knowledge of retail systems and architecture.
- Experience managing multi-vendor and complex delivery programmes.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, OMS, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud).
- MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Shopify, commercetools, NewStore, Oracle POS, or similar retail technologies.
- MACH/Composable Architecture.
- Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Qualifications
