Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within Rotherham Care Group, Acute Directorate for a Matron. The post is currently available to cover areas across Adult Mental Health, Crisis Services and Older People Services . The Acute Matron post is an essential role in promoting leadership across our Acute Directorate. We are currently seeking confident, proactive professional leaders who will contribute to our vision for the future of the Acute Directorate. Managerial experience and an understanding of leading and managing a service is an essential part of the role. Desirable Masters level qualification or equivalent. Management Qualification or equivalent level of experience. Experience Essential Senior clinical nursing experience showing managerial or advanced practice skills in any transferable clinical setting.
