Sales Account Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Account Executive role responsible for driving revenue growth across Adi Pharma Limited’s key product divisions. The Sales Account Executive will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare and wholesale partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, ensuring timely delivery, and providing responsive customer service and issue resolution. The Sales Account Executive will track sales activities in a CRM system, report on pipeline progress, and contribute to sales forecasts and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Proven account management experience, with the ability to plan, grow, and retain key customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and stakeholder engagement.
- Customer service experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical products sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-management, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis of sales metrics, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Relevant education in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B sales.
