Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Company Description: We are a boutique estate agency in East London looking for an energetic and motivated sales and lettings negotiator to join our team.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Lettings Negotiator role located in Greater London. The role involves managing property lettings and sales from initial enquiry through to completion, including conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and preparing tenancy or sales documentation. The negotiator will handle landlord and tenant communications, provide guidance on property marketing, and maintain accurate records within the agency’s systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating property inspections, supporting property management activities, and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to meet targets, uphold regulatory and compliance standards, and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant matters and familiarity with estate agency practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Experience or interest in property management, including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
• Organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Comfort with using property management or CRM software and basic office IT tools.
• Previous experience in residential lettings or sales in the UK property market is essential.
• Knowledge of East London and Greater London housing markets is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, including occasional evening or weekend viewings as required.
