The Role
This is a sales role. But more than that, it is a people role. At Actalent, relationships are everything - with our clients, our consultants, and each other. We are looking for people to join our team who want to build a career in business development and client sales, and want to fast track their journey. Your first two months are spent learning the fundamentals of our business - understanding our markets, our clients, and how we deliver. The next two months are dedicated to structured sales training - client development, winning new business, and building your pipeline. After four months, you go live in a sales role. Master the fundamentals quickly and we will move you faster.
What You Will Do in Your Sales Role
• Identify and win new client relationships - bringing in new logos and growing our client base
• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within your designated territory
• Build deep, long-term relationships with clients based on trust, expertise and genuine interest in their business
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and proposals to win new business
• Develop a thorough understanding of your clients' challenges, priorities and hiring needs
• Work closely with our recruiting team who will support you in delivering for your clients
• Manage your pipeline and activity to consistently achieve performance targets
• Collaborate across brands with peers to drive growth and opportunity.
What We Are Looking For

We are hiring for the kind of person you are - someone who is genuinely energised by people, who builds rapport naturally, and who is as interested in their clients' world as they are in closing a deal. Commercially driven, autonomous, curious, and resilient. Someone who is not afraid of the phone and who takes action without being told to.
