Licensed sponsor London Area, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 2 weeks ago

About The Company

LMRE are working with an award-winning, fast-growing UK-based Residential PropTech company building digital infrastructure for property transactions. The business is increasingly focused on AML, compliance and risk management for estate agents and other property professionals.

As the business continues to grow and scale, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive revenue growth through targeted outbound sales activity.

Why Join?

Our client are offering...

  • a quick route to progression into a full cycle sales role (for those interested)
  • a remote-first working policy, with travel into London expensed once per week
  • 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
  • pension & private healthcare

The Role

Our client are making a hire for a Junior SDR joining a growing sales team. The focus is on outbound prospecting to estate agents, building relationships and introducing them to Coadjute’s managed AML, compliance and risk services.

It’s not a pure high-volume cold-calling role: marketing is generating warm and hot leads, which the SDR will follow up and convert into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and engage estate agents
  • Follow up warm leads from marketing, events and webinars
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships and create initial interest
  • Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings
  • Develop towards an eventual AE/full sales role

The target is approximately 30–40 qualified meetings per month. SDRs have around 250–400 warm leads per month, with additional cold data available. Warm-lead conversion is expected to be around 30%.

Ideal background

Experience:

  • Around 1 year of sales/SDR experience
  • Doesn't need to come from software/tech sales
  • Estate agency/property experience is highly relevant also
  • Could suit someone moving from traditional estate agency into PropTech/managed services
  • Graduates could work if they can demonstrate strong communication, drive and ability to learn quickly.

Education:

  • No specific degree required
  • Degree subject is much less important than personality, communication and evidence of success/learning ability.

Personality is the biggest requirement:

Coadjute wants someone who is:

  • Hungry / ambitious
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Personable
  • Articulate
  • Energetic and engaging
  • Professional
  • Fast to learn
  • Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing
  • Motivated to progress quickly

The ability to get through to busy estate agents and create immediate rapport is particularly important.

If you are keen to learn more, please submit an application and we will be in touch if you hold the relevant experience.
