Sales Director – Financial Services & Insurance
About the Role
GlobalLogic is seeking an ambitious Sales Director to drive complex digital engineering growth across the Financial Services and Insurance sector in the UK and Ireland. Operating at the intersection of experience design, data, and cloud engineering, this role focuses on shaping transformational deals alongside partners like AWS, GCP, and Azure while leveraging the global Hitachi ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and execute strategic growth plans designed to land high-value digital transformation deals across key UK&I accounts.
- Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers and key sector stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from early-stage lead qualification through to final MSA negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and Hitachi Group teams to build compelling commercial solutions that deliver real client value.
- Oversee pipeline health and revenue forecasting while staying closely tuned to emerging market trends to unlock new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success leading and winning large-scale enterprise deals in product engineering, data, and digital transformation.
- Deep domain knowledge of the UK&I Financial Services and Insurance ecosystem.
- A strong track record in complex commercial structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Natural consultative leadership with the ability to build credibility across technical, operational, and executive discussions.
- Hands-on experience driving joint sales strategy through hyperscaler and ISV partner networks.
