We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience owning Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and roadmaps
- Hands-on/product experience with Marketing Cloud B2C
- Strong experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization / Interaction Studio
- Product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria and Agile delivery
- Experience with marketing automation, journey orchestration, segmentation and personalisation
- Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, CRM, Data and Technology teams
- Experience with product governance, KPIs, adoption and continuous improvement
