You will be a key player in enhancing the online visibility and domain authority of a prominent enterprise platform. Your work will involve pioneering new search methodologies and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure content is not only discoverable but also highly relevant and engaging for a B2B audience.
- Manage and take ownership of the internal search process flow, encompassing keyword/prompt research, technical performance evaluations, and refining brief requirements, all within internal project management tools.
- Research and champion on-page search engine optimisation (SEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO), and AI overview (AIO) strategies that align with organizational goals to boost visibility, domain authority, and query relevance.
- Collaborate with external SEO/GEO and paid search agencies to derive actionable insights and recommendations from audits and findings.
- Co-maintain, organize, and monitor a web content library for performance, freshness, and internal linking opportunities in partnership with digital content strategists.
- Work with web publishing and development teams to advise on and optimize the overall search and digital experience, leveraging both off-site and on-site search methods to support business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to drive AIO and GEO strategy, applying global and industry best practices while also establishing proven frameworks for the organization.
- Contribute to recurring performance reports with insightful analysis, recommended actions, and data-driven findings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years' experience driving organic growth and improving B2B and SaaS website performance at an enterprise level.
- Experience with web analytics platforms for tracking user behavior and conversion metrics.
- Proficiency in SEO monitoring tools and/or technical SEO tools for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing website performance.
- Strong editorial and brand eye to identify content opportunities that blend SEO and human-centric content.
- Familiarity with enterprise content management systems (CMS).
- Expertise in incorporating search methodologies seamlessly into digital content marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated curiosity for an ever-changing space.
- Drive to learn about peripheral departments and teams for personal and professional growth.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Certifications in web analytics, SEO, or related fields.
- Data-driven decision-maker with advanced analytics skills.
- Experience in the travel, tech, or SaaS industry.
- Hands-on experience in generative engine optimisation (GEO) and AI overview (AIO).
- Customer-centric with a deep understanding of user behavior.
- Experienced with agile methodologies; experience in digital, publishing, or content teams.
- Committed to continuous learning.
- Understanding of compliance and ethical standards in digital marketing.
- Native English speaker required, but exciting if they have proficiency in other languages, as we do have a future eye on scaling international SEO.
