We’re hiring: Segmentation Analyst for our client

  • 12 month Contract


We’re looking for a specialist to own customer segmentation and audience strategy across a marketing ecosystem, turning customer data, behavioural signals, and value indicators into actionable audiences that power personalisation, journeys, and media activation at scale.

You’ll design and evolve enterprise segmentation frameworks across acquisition, engagement, retention, and value growth, using CDP data to build behavioural, lifecycle, and value-based audiences. You’ll translate campaign and business objectives into clear audience definitions with measurable criteria, and continuously optimise based on performance and experimentation insights.


This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and MarTech, partnering closely with analytics, lifecycle, and channel teams to ensure audiences are accurate, compliant, and activation-ready across owned, paid, and partner channels.


Key focus areas:


• End-to-end ownership of segmentation strategy within a CDP environment

• Building behavioural, lifecycle, and value-based audience models

• Enabling journey orchestration with fit-for-purpose audiences

• Supporting experimentation through test/control and holdout design

• Ensuring GDPR-aligned governance, consent, and data quality standards

• Partnering with analytics, MarTech, and marketing teams to drive performance


What we’re looking for:


• Experience in CDP-led segmentation or audience strategy

• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and personalisation

• Comfortable working in complex, data-driven environments

• SQL and data fluency (preferred)

• Strong governance and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to translate data into clear marketing action
