Within Financial Services & Insurance, we work with organisations across Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance to address some of their most important strategic challenges, including:

  • Data modernisation and cloud transformation
  • AI and GenAI adoption
  • Operational efficiency and cost reduction
  • Risk, regulation and resilience
  • Customer and commercial transformation
  • Advanced analytics and decision intelligence
  • Building sustainable Data & AI capability

Our ambition is not simply to sell technology or consulting services. We help clients answer their most important business questions and turn Data and AI into measurable commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Account Manager is a senior, quota-carrying commercial responsible for winning and growing strategic Financial Services & Insurance clients.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in the boardroom, building relationships with senior executives and leading complex enterprise sales conversations around business transformation, Data, Cloud and AI.

You will be expected to originate new opportunities, win new logos, expand strategic accounts and develop long-term client relationships across complex organisations.

You will understand how to have two conversations simultaneously:

The business conversation: What is the organisation trying to achieve? What commercial, operational or strategic problem needs solving? What is the value of solving it?

The technology conversation: What Data, Cloud or AI capabilities are required to make that outcome possible?

You will be able to navigate both worlds and bring together business sponsors, technology leaders, procurement teams and delivery stakeholders around a compelling commercial proposition.

You will have significant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management or client partnering within Financial Services, Insurance or a closely related technology consulting environment.

You will have:

  • A proven track record of winning significant enterprise clients and complex consulting engagements.
  • Experience selling Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics or technology consulting services.
  • Demonstrable success acquiring new logos and expanding strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • A strong record of engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to both business and technology buying centres.
  • Strong Financial Services and/or Insurance industry knowledge.
  • Experience managing significant annual revenue targets.
  • A consistent history of commercial overachievement.

Ideally, you will have experience working with major organisations across areas such as:

  • Banking
  • Capital Markets
  • Wealth & Asset Management
  • Insurance
  • Financial Services Technology

What we’re looking for

  • Highly ambitious and commercially driven.
  • Comfortable with accountability and revenue ownership.
  • Confident without being arrogant.
  • Naturally curious and intellectually credible.
  • Strategic but capable of executing with pace.
  • Highly disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Resilient and persistent.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
  • Able to influence without authority.
  • Passionate about the potential of Data and AI to transform businesses.

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you're excited about the role and meet a good proportion of the criteria, we'd still love to hear from you.
