We’re looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join our growing design team in our 50-acre site in Driffield, Yorkshire – the UK’s largest off-site manufacturing facility. This is a key role within our end-to-end design and build business, where you’ll help shape how we deliver efficient, buildable, and high-quality designs.

Working closely with architects and the wider design team, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, and standard details, helping to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across our projects. You’ll also play an important role in factory testing and sampling, ensuring our designs are practical and deliverable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating, developing, and maintaining design standards and technical documentationProducing and ensuring compliance of Reds10 standard detailsManaging and improving our Revit families, templates, and design librariesSupporting project teams with timely and accurate technical informationCollaborating with architects, engineers, and site/factory teams to resolve technical challengesDriving continuous improvement in design processes and workflowsCoordinating across disciplines using BIM360 and Autodesk AEC tools (Revit-based)Managing documentation and workflows through the Common Data Environment (CDE)Carrying out and documenting factory testing and samplesExploring new tools and methods to improve efficiency and drawing production

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Revit and BIM workflowsExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsDetail-focused with strong problem-solving abilityAble to follow and improve processes and proceduresCollaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teamsProactive, solutions-driven, and eager to innovateAbility to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlinesComfortable working with technical standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
