£850-950 per day | Inside IR35 | SC Clearable | Initial 3 Months (long-term engagement)
We're supporting a high-profile Recruitment Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Service Designer to help shape the future of talent acquisition and hiring services.
This role will focus on redesigning recruitment processes, operating models and service journeys across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, helping deliver a more effective experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruitment teams.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Operations, you'll lead discovery activities, facilitate workshops, map current and future-state services, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and user experience.
Key Skills & Experience
We welcome applications from experienced Business Service Designers, Service Design Consultants and Transformation professionals. Previous experience in the following areas would be highly advantageous:
- Recruitment Transformation programmes
- Talent Acquisition transformation
- Recruitment operating model design
- Recruitment process optimisation and re-engineering
- Candidate experience transformation
- Recruitment Shared Services or Centre of Excellence environments
- ATS implementation or optimisation (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Avature, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters etc.)
- HR transformation programmes
- Finance transformation and Shared Services transformation
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading service design activities within complex transformation programmes
- Expertise in process mapping, service blueprinting and operating model design
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to translate business challenges into practical, user-centred solutions
- Experience working across multiple business functions and senior stakeholder groups
Contract Details
£850-950 per day
Hybrid working
Initial 3 month contract with extension potential
