What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end change management activities, including comprehensive change impact analysis, strategic stakeholder mapping, thorough readiness assessments, and robust adoption measurement.
- Craft and deliver tailored communication campaigns and engaging training collateral for diverse end-user groups.
- Maintain meticulously aligned change management project plans that synchronize seamlessly with core software deployment milestones.
- Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to client leadership and project sponsors on best practices for driving technology adoption and effectively managing resistance.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading HCM Change Management initiatives within large enterprise transformation programs.
- 5+ years of experience working with Tier 1 business software applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar industry-leading platforms.
- A strong background in consulting, gained from an agency, vendor, internal consulting role, or as a client-side contractor.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, coupled with strategic influence and a proven ability to create compelling collateral.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% as required to client locations for critical moments.
