You'll help clients identify AI opportunities, shape solutions, support pre-sales, develop proposals and oversee del

ivery.
You'll also help embed AI into SmartCo's own consulting methods and service off

erings.

We are looking for someone who can bridge business, technology and AI, helping enterprise clients move from experimentation to scalable, meas

urable outcomes.
Key experience and skill

• s should include:
  Consulting experience delivering technology or transformation programmes within FTSE 100, global enterprise or similarly comp
• lex organisations.Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and wo
• rkflow automation.Experience shaping opportunities from discovery through to prop
• osal and delivery.Hands-on experience using modern AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Lovable, Windsurf or similar to improve productivity, prototy
• ping and delivery.Experience taking AI concepts from idea through to pilot, implementation and measurable
• business outcomes.Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into cle
• ar business value.Sector experience in Financial Services, Consumer Goods or similar complex environments wo
