Please Note: This role will be based anywhere in the UK and require ad hoc travel across.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Delivering accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
- Supporting full budget, scope, change control and earned value analysis.
- Coordinating with scheduling, commercial, construction and finance teams.
- Assuring monthly cost data and variance analysis.
- Driving forecast and budget accuracy.
- Producing clear cost reports.
- Applying strong cost and contract management.
- Building effective client and partner relationships.
- Achieved professional qualification through recognised body (e.g. APM, AACE, A Cost E etc).
- Proven relevant experience in project management or project controls environment in a similar cost role in a construction or consultancy background.
- Experience in a regulated infrastructure sector.
