Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the implementation of the FIS Balance Sheet Manager (BSM) solution for Internal Liquidity Management, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Balance Sheet Planning, and Regulatory Reporting. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that data sourced from multiple banking and treasury systems is accurately mapped, transformed, and integrated into the new platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst within banking, treasury, finance, risk, or regulatory reporting environments.
• Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and large-scale system implementation projects.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to analyse complex datasets.
• Experience creating functional and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.• Knowledge of FIS Balance Sheet Manager, Quantum, or Temenos T24 is desirable (not necessary)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the data requirements of the FIS Balance Sheet Manager solution across Internal Liquidity Management, Funds Planning, Asset Liability Management, and Regulatory Reporting functionalities.
• Work with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology stakeholders to understand business processes and reporting requirements.
• Establish end-to-end data lineage and source-to-target data mappings from Quantum Treasury Management System, T24 Core Banking Platform, and other relevant systems.
• Document data flows, transformation logic, business rules, and reconciliation requirements.
• Work closely with SQL developers, solution architects, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Define and document data validation, control, and exception management processes.
• Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) scenarios and validate data accuracy across interfaces.
• Investigate and resolve data quality, mapping, and integration issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test packs, issue management, and user support.
• Produce project documentation including requirements, data dictionaries, mapping specifications, data lineage documents, and test evidence.
