About the Roles

Frankham Consultancy are seeking ambitious and highly motivated Senior Engineers, Principal Engineers and Associates to join our Infrastructure Engineering team, with opportunities across both Rail and Maritime in our London and Birmingham offices.

We are looking for experienced Civil and Structural Engineers to join a growing and enthusiastic team, working across an interesting and varied portfolio of infrastructure projects and structures. This includes Station Developments, Depot Design, Access for All schemes, Bridge Design, Renewal and Strengthening schemes, alongside a broad range of Maritime projects.

Depending on the role and level of experience, the position will include a combination of technical delivery and assurance, project and commercial management, client relationships, team development, work winning and supporting the continued growth of the department. The level of ownership and leadership will reflect the seniority of the position.

These opportunities would suit engineers who want to continue developing their technical, project and leadership experience, gain greater exposure across the full lifecycle of projects and have genuine opportunities for continued career progression.
