Senior Executive Search Consultant - NHS
SATIGO Search is an approved GCA Executive Search Supplier. We are looking to engage an experienced NHS Executive Search professional to support our growing senior leadership search practice across the UK public sector.
We are particularly interested in speaking with senior Search Consultants, who can personally delivered executive-level appointments across the NHS.
The experience we're looking for:
- Strong track record delivering retained executive search within the NHS
- Personally led CEO, Chair and/or Executive Director-level searches
- Demonstrable successful appointments into NHS Trusts or Foundation Trusts
- Strong understanding of NHS leadership, governance and the executive talent market
- Credibility working directly with Chairs, Boards, NEDs, Governors and senior People/HR leaders
- Experience of executive market mapping and proactive candidate identification
- Strong executive assessment and selection capability
- Evidence of delivering diverse and inclusive senior candidate fields
- Ability to act as a trusted adviser throughout complex, high-profile appointments
Particularly valuable:
Experience of leading NHS Chief Executive searches and the ability to demonstrate specific successful assignments and outcomes.
