.A global financial services organisation is investing heavily in its Manchester engineering hub, building out a portfolio of next-generation customer and colleague experience platforms. Legacy systems are being retired and replaced with modern, real-time, intelligent interfaces used at serious scale - millions of customers, thousands of internal users - with AI-driven and agentic experiences being designed in from day one
