We are currently looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager who will lead on Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Quality across the Lower Thames Crossing project, setting clear direction, driving improvement and ensuring Skanska’s values are reflected in the way the project is delivered.

As the Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of the Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Quality strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client expectations and Skanska standards.
- Support project leadership teams in managing HSWQ risks and opportunities across all phases of delivery.
- Lead assurance activity across the project, including audits, inspections and reviews, and drive timely close-out of actions and non-conformances.
- Support investigation of accidents, incidents, close calls and quality failures, ensuring lessons learned are identified and embedded.
- Lead, coach and develop project HSWQ resources, building capability and supporting continuous improvement.
- Act as the key advisor to project teams and supply chain partners on all matters relating to health, safety, wellbeing and quality.
- Leadership experience with a track record of leading leaders, including site to board level.
- Experience leading mega projects or major infrastructure delivery.
- Level 5+ qualification in HSWQ.
- CMIOSH or working towards it.
- Extensive HSWQ technical knowledge, strategy and assurance capability.
