The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional support role.
You'll become the technical authority for Oracle Cloud integration solutions, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and expert-level support across customer environments.
Working closely with customer stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and delivery teams, you'll help organisations integrate and optimise their Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud platforms while ensuring their business-critical services remain secure, scalable, and resilient.
You'll be trusted to solve challenging problems, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to automate, innovate, and enhance service delivery.
