This is a pivotal leadership role as we continue to embed our purpose and deliver business growth. With responsibility for shaping strategic people priorities and enabling organisational performance, leadership capability and workforce readiness, this is a role designed to make a difference for our colleagues and for our members.
Reporting to the Head of People Impact and collaborating across the wider People team, this role will serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders. You will champion our "one team" ambition and help leaders translate business strategy into clear people priorities. By providing trusted advice, constructive challenge, and pragmatic, insight-led solutions, you will strengthen organisational effectiveness, support change and transformation, and enhance the colleague experience. As a key link to the business, you will act as an effective conduit to shape and deliver activity across workforce planning, organisation design, talent and engagement.

What will you bring to the role?
- You'll have an impactful track record of partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into clear people priorities and delivering people solutions that improve organisational capability, effectiveness and performance.
- Significant experience operating in a strategic HR Business Partnering environment, with experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and transformation activity within a complex organisation.
- A trusted and credible partner who is used to operating at a senior leadership level, influencing effectively and contributing with strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and enterprise thinking.
- We're looking for a strong, visible leader with great relationship skills who can coach, influence and support leaders through change, helping to build leadership capability, strengthen succession planning and foster positive engagement and performance.
- You will be used to shaping high quality, commercially focused people solutions, with the ability to support organisation design, talent and succession planning, and deliver pragmatic outcomes in environments of ambiguity and complexity.
- A critical thinker with strong decision making and problem-solving skills, adept at using workforce insight, external trends and evidence-based analysis to identify risks, opportunities and measure the impact of people interventions.
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
