💼 The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our European Technology division in London.
You’ll take ownership of your market, developing new business, growing client relationships and placing mid-to-senior level interim Technology professionals across Europe.
You’ll be joining an established team with existing client relationships and market presence, while having the autonomy to open new doors, develop accounts and build your own network.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and wants genuine ownership over their desk, with the scope to grow their market and progress their career as the division continues to expand.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new business opportunities across the European Technology market through networking, lead generation, outreach and market intelligence
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Recruit mid-to-senior level contract and interim Technology professionals
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development and job qualification through to sourcing, placement and post-placement management
- Build a strong network of Technology professionals across your specialist market
- Negotiate rates, manage offers and close deals
- Become a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
🎯 What You Bring
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role on a contract desk
- Experience building and managing client relationships
- Technology recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- An entrepreneurial approach with the confidence to take ownership of your market
- A strong commercial mindset
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
