The Role

We're looking for a Senior Search Consultant with a strong track record of billing performance to join our Public Affairs, Policy & Regulatory Affairs team in the UK. You could come from the Policy, Public Affairs or Regulatory Affairs industry or from a recruitment or executive search background - what matters most is your network and your credibility with senior professionals in this market. This is a 360-degree role for someone who loves winning new business as much as delivering for clients and candidates, and who is ready to build a market-leading desk within one of our most established specialisms.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and sourcing through to closing deals across the Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy market
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor and a genuine “go to” person in your market
• Win and grow retained business, developing a strategy to increase deal size, seniority of network, and market share
• Represent Hanson Search externally - through content, events and networking - while supporting junior colleagues internally
