We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated HCPC Registered Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist within the Adult Community and Learning and Disability Services. The service provides assessment and intervention for adults with communication and/or swallowing difficulties across community settings, including patient homes across North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent, with a base in Bentilee.

You will be required to travel across settings to deliver care that best meet service users' needs.
