Senior Store Advisor -Ellesmere Port Coliseum

Licensed sponsor Ellesmere Port Full-time Posted 3 weeks ago

As a Senior Store Advisor, you’ll be a senior member of the store team, combining sales expertise, peer coaching and operational ownership to help the store succeed. You’ll lead by example, create exceptional customer experiences and support the smooth day-to-day running of the store. In smaller stores, you may also act as deputy to the Store Leader, taking ownership when they are away.

Day to day, you’ll

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding sales and customer outcomes every day.
  • Build meaningful customer relationships through expert advice and tailored solutions.
  • Spot opportunities to grow performance, increase engagement and drive commercial success.
  • Coach and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, capability and achieve their potential.
  • Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and ownership, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Support the leadership team in creating an inclusive, motivated and high-performing store environment.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining standards across compliance, process and customer.

You’ll be supported from day one. Within your first two weeks, you’ll complete a tailored 4‑day (30 hours) induction covering our products, systems, ways of working and customer experience.

Training may be delivered in person, remotely or through a blended approach, depending on location and availability, and ongoing coaching and development will support your growth beyond induction.

You’ll work as part of a close‑knit retail team where collaboration, shared success and learning from each other are part of everyday life.

Our ways of working

This is a retail role, so flexibility is important. Shifts are worked across store opening hours and may include evenings, weekends and peak trading periods. Shift patterns and working hours will be discussed as part of the recruitment process so expectations are clear from the start.
