Job Description:

This role is for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who can provide strategic and technical architectural leadership across complex enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with executives, Enterprise Architects, platform owners, development teams, customers and partners to define ServiceNow roadmaps, architectural blueprints and digital transformation strategies.

The role will involve architectural advisory, technical governance, ServiceNow platform optimisation, engagement scoping and supporting complex transformation programmes across multiple ServiceNow workflows.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting or equivalent.

• Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience.

• Experience across ServiceNow workflows such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM and CMDB.

• Demonstrated management consulting / professional services experience.

• Strong Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture background.

• Experience leading architecture and design for large-scale programmes.

• Experience with cloud application technologies and enterprise platforms.

• Strong experience in digital transformation and architectural roadmaps.

• Experience with technical governance, operating models and ServiceNow leading practices.

• Ability to work with executives, Enterprise Architects, platform owners and development teams.

• Experience scoping and estimating engagements and change requests.

• Experience identifying and reducing technical debt and improving instance health.

• Exposure to AI/GenAI integration into business processes, decision-making or problem-solving.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
