Service Mapping Lead (ServiceNow)
Looking for an experienced Service Mapping Lead to drive service taxonomy and mapping within a ServiceNow CMDB environment. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern service taxonomy aligned to CSDM
- Lead end-to-end service mapping using ServiceNow
- Build and maintain accurate service and dependency maps
- Establish standards, templates, and quality controls
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of CMDB and service models
- Work closely with service owners, SMEs, and platform teams
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CMDB & Service Mapping
- Strong background in service modelling and taxonomy design
- Experience in complex, hybrid IT environments
- Solid understanding of CSDM and ITOM Discovery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
