Service Mapping Lead (ServiceNow)


Looking for an experienced Service Mapping Lead to drive service taxonomy and mapping within a ServiceNow CMDB environment. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, governance, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and govern service taxonomy aligned to CSDM
  • Lead end-to-end service mapping using ServiceNow
  • Build and maintain accurate service and dependency maps
  • Establish standards, templates, and quality controls
  • Ensure ongoing accuracy of CMDB and service models
  • Work closely with service owners, SMEs, and platform teams


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CMDB & Service Mapping
  • Strong background in service modelling and taxonomy design
  • Experience in complex, hybrid IT environments
  • Solid understanding of CSDM and ITOM Discovery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills


Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB certifications
