Working within a high-performing engineering team, you'll deliver planned and reactive maintenance, solve complex faults, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
What You'll Bring
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship
- Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Engineering Technician, or Shift Technician within manufacturing or logistics
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Maintenance and reliability engineering experience
- Automation and continuous improvement experience (desirable)
What You'll Do
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose faults and restore equipment quickly and safely
- Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Support continuous improvement and FMEA activities
- Work from electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings
- Apply automation knowledge to fault finding and performance improvements
