Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solicitor role based in London. The Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing documents, and representing clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, at hearings. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing legal issues, developing case strategies, and ensuring all matters progress efficiently and in line with regulatory and professional standards. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and case law.
- Experience in Conveyancing, including residential or commercial property transactions and related documentation.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, handling workplace disputes, contracts, and compliance issues.
- Background in Commercial Real Estate matters, such as leases, acquisitions, and property-related agreements.
- Experience or interest in Family Law, including divorce, child arrangements, and related proceedings.
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
- Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, accessible advice.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage a diverse caseload independently.
