The Opportunity Perle Hotels is seeking a skilled, motivated, and hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh , the signature restaurant within the Bracken Hide Hotel. The Bracken Hide is looking for a Sous Chef to join their concept restaurant in Portree, the Isle of Skye.
