Spanish-Speaking B2C Appointment Setter

Location: Sheffield City Centre

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Working pattern: Office-based

Hours: Full flexibility required Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm

We are looking for confident and motivated Spanish speakers to join our team as B2C Appointment Setters.

In this role, you will speak with customers over the telephone, introduce the services available and arrange suitable appointments. You will need excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the confidence to engage with a wide range of people.

Key responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking customers
• Discussing the services available and identifying customer needs
• Booking suitable appointments
• Accurately recording customer information
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
• Following all relevant company procedures and compliance requirements
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• A confident and engaging telephone manner
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A motivated and target-driven approach
• Good attention to detail
• Full flexibility to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm
• Previous telephone-based sales or appointment-setting experience would be advantageous
  
  

This is a fully office-based position at our Sheffield city-centre office.
