We're looking for an ambitious Store Supervisor to join our team. Working closely with the Store Manager and wider store colleagues, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills whilst gaining exposure to all aspects of retail management.

As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive environment where colleagues can thrive.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Assist with store administration, rota management and operational tasks
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance through outstanding customer conversations and product recommendations
- Support, motivate and develop colleagues
- Help create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operations
- Take ownership of the store and step up when needed in the manager's absence
- Develop your leadership skills within a premium retail environment

- Confidence supporting and guiding colleagues when required

- Optical retail experience and/or previous leadership experience would be advantageous but is not essential
