Imagin London are Designers and Makers of luxury lighting for high-end residences and super yachts. With a truly inspiring story of a childhood passion for making and crafting, Terry founded Imagin in 2018. From humble beginnings, they are now designing and manufacturing lighting and furniture for some of the finest residences in the world!

Role Description

Responsible for the smooth running of the studio, coordinating between the design team and production team and ensuring nothing is overlooked. Alongside this, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining clear communication with the client at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, manage inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Project Management skills to coordinate studio activities, support staff, and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to guide clients through product options, contribute to sales targets, and support a premium buying experience.
• Relevant experience in studio, showroom, retail, or hospitality management within luxury or design-focused environments is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are essential.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, scheduling software, inventory systems) and willingness to learn internal systems is expected.
