Who We're Looking For
Technical depth gets you in the door. Beyond that, we hire for four qualities together:
- Humble: A team player first. You teach as readily as you learn, and you don't need
to be the smartest person in the room.
- Hungry: Curious and self-driven. You take on a certification or course because you
enjoy it, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you figure them out.
- Smart: People-smart. You read a room and hold your own in front of a client.
- Excited about AI: You already use AI tools to work faster and deliver better. This is
where our practice is headed, and it's not optional.
