RED now has a new contract opportunity for a SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join one of our key partners .The initial contract will be for 4-5 months Contract with scope for possible extension.

Project Details

Job Title: SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Location: London, UK

• Onsite: 3 days per week Onsite & 2 days remote
• Duration: 4-5 months Contract + Possible extension
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration.
• Execute instance separation projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal business disruption.
• Configure Organizational Management, Position Management, employee data, workflows, and business rules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Experience in at least one Employee Central Instance Separation Project.
• Good understanding of HR processes, Indian statutory requirements, and payroll concepts.
• Expertise in business process mapping, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.
