As Logistics Supervisor, You Must Be Able To
- Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
- Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.
What Makes You An Asset To Our Team
- Your strong knowledge of import/export transport regulations, freight rules, Incoterms, and CPC codes.
- Your experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Your experience with process improvement, ERP systems, and SOPs.
- Your advanced Excel skills and proficiency with standard office tools.
- Your experience in working with third-party logistics or service providers.
- Your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Your experience in transporting lithium batteries is an asset.
- You carry an IATA and/or CDGP certification
- Your experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO14001
