Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Salary:£32,563.73 per annum
Shift: 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (2 Days/ 2 Nights)
This role plays a key part in supporting the efficient running of our bottle supply and blow moulding processes, ensuring equipment is operated safely, quality standards are maintained, and production targets are achieved.
What Will You Be Doing
As a Blow Moulding Supply Operative, you will be responsible for setting up and operating bottle supply equipment, supporting manufacturing lines, and ensuring materials and stock are moved safely and accurately across the operation.

This role plays a key part in supporting the efficient running of our bottle supply and blow moulding processes, ensuring equipment is operated safely, quality standards are maintained, and production targets are achieved.
What Will You Be Doing
As a Blow Moulding Supply Operative, you will be responsible for setting up and operating bottle supply equipment, supporting manufacturing lines, and ensuring materials and stock are moved safely and accurately across the operation.
- Operate manual and automatic machines, including basic fault finding.
- Carry out bottle supply changeovers and help reduce downtime.
- Load and unload trailers for stock movement, following agreed loading formats.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, housekeeping and site cleanliness.
- Report health and safety, quality incidents or accidents to the relevant manager or engineering support team.
- Support and mentor Level 1 Supply Operatives where required.

- Experience working in a busy warehouse, manufacturing or production environment on shift patterns.
- Confident working with machinery and production equipment.
- Good understanding of health and safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Ability to follow procedures, complete paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong team-working and communication skills.
- Food contact packaging experience would be desirable.
- NC Manufacturing or NVQ Warehousing qualification would be desirable.
