What You'll Do

  • Configure and deploy containerised applications and system software to edge devices across customer environments in retail and banking
  • Set up and configure hardware and software including camera, retail anti-fraud, and video analytics solutions across platforms such as Dell, Nvidia, March Networks, and Axis
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of deployments, from initial configuration through to production validation, working directly with customer technical and operational teams
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production systems, particularly cameras, edge device hardware, and networking
  • Design, procure, assemble, and test system hardware including edge devices, cameras, and networking equipment (fixed and 4G); manage associated logistics domestically and internationally
  • Coordinate integrators and installers at customer sites, provide technical direction, validate completed work, and unblock site issues; maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Configure and improve internal deployment systems; develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployment workflows
  • Feed field insights, recurring issues, and customer feedback back into the product and engineering teams to drive improvements
  • Help establish repeatable, scalable deployment processes and playbooks for the EMEA region as the function grows
  • Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, deployment checklists, site configuration records, network diagrams, user manuals, and training material
