Talent Administrator

About RTN Mental Health

Following a year of incredible growth, expanding our team from 30 to over 110 dedicated professionals, RTN Mental Health Solutions is looking to further strengthen our People team. As a leading provider of ADHD and ASD diagnostic services, we are committed to making neurodiversity support accessible and compassionate. We are now seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Talent Administrator to join us on this journey.

The Role

As our Talent Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our "talent engine". Reporting directly to the Talent Partner, your mission is to ensure every candidate, from initial application to their first day, feels respected, valued, and informed. You’ll handle the essential behind-the-scenes mechanics that allow us to grow our clinical and corporate teams while maintaining high standards of quality and culture.

Role Responsibilities

Candidate Management:

Actively manage our pipeline within the Personio ATS, ensuring every applicant receives a professional and responsive experience.

Resourcing & Qualification:

Conduct initial screenings and resourcing to identify candidates who align with our clinical requirements and core values.

Seamless Onboarding:

Manage the full "offer-to-start" process, including generating contracts and coordinating day one administration.

Compliance & Vetting:

Lead the charge on mandatory checks, including references, DBS, and right-to-work documentation.

Process Integration:

Ensure data flows smoothly from recruitment to onboarding to reduce "Time to Productivity" for our new starters.

HR Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the broader People team to keep our operations running smoothly.

About You

You are a detail-oriented professional who understands that recruitment is about people, not just paperwork.

  • Experience: You have a proven track record in recruitment administration and resourcing, including managing onboarding and compliance (DBS/contracts).
  • Remote-Ready: You are comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for building rapport.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ideally, you have used Personio (or a similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Discreet: You handle sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality.

Our Values In Action

Our values—Respect, Transformation, and Nurture—aren't just words on a wall; they guide everything we do:

  • Respect: We listen with empathy, value lived experience, and ensure every voice matters.
  • Transformation: We embrace innovation and stay curious, always looking for smarter ways to deliver excellence.
  • Nurture: We lead with patience, celebrate each other's achievements, and invest in the growth of our people.

Why us?

We believe in taking care of our own just as well as we take care of our patients.

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 FTE (pro-rata for 22.5 hours - preferred working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
  • Flexibility: 100% remote working.
  • Generous Leave: 22 days holiday, plus this year we are giving the whole team Christmas off!
  • Wellbeing: Private Medical Insurance (PMI) to keep you feeling your best.
  • Culture: Join an amazing, inclusive culture where individuality and neurodiversity are celebrated.
  • Purpose: A meaningful role in a rapidly growing mental health organisation.
