Temporary Accommodation Site Officer

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring they have access to safe, secure, and well-managed accommodation?We are looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Accommodation Site Officer to manage and support the day-to-day operation of our relocatable temporary accommodation sites across West Northamptonshire.In this important role, you will help ensure residents are housed in a safe, clean, secure, and well-maintained environment, promoting wellbeing while ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with residents, colleagues, contractors, and partner organisations to maintain high standards across our accommodation sites and support positive outcomes for those experiencing housing difficulties.This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate. It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check.
